Prices:
Our scheduled tour prices are based on a minimum of 4 people. Private tours are available at an extra cost of USD 100-300 per person, depending on group size and departures. Private tours require a minimum of 2 people. Hotel charges are based on twin rooms; single room supplements are available upon request. Any extra charges and optional activities not included in the itinerary must be paid by participants.

Booking and Payments:
Securing your spot on our tours is easy and hassle-free. Simply complete the booking form and submit a deposit of US $100 per person, or explore our free booking options. Once we receive your deposit, we'll confirm your booking and provide details for balance payment. The balance is due 8 weeks before the departure date, or full payment is required if booking within 8 weeks of the tour start. We accept various payment methods, including bank transfer, international money transfer services, VISA, and MasterCard.

Passports and Visas:
We want to ensure you have a smooth journey, so please be aware of passport and visa requirements and allow adequate time for processing. Visas can be obtained from the Mongolian embassy or consulate using our tour confirmation letter. On-spot one-month visas are available upon arrival in Mongolia with an official confirmation letter from Sojourney with Montrax.

Cancellations:
We understand that plans can change, so we offer flexible cancellation policies. Cancellations received at least sixty days prior to the tour departure incur a US$100 per person service charge. While the deposit is non-refundable, it can be credited towards another trip within one-two years. Cancellation charges for full payments vary based on timing: 43-59 days before departure: 20%, 29-42 days: 25%, 15-28 days: 30%, 14 days or less (or no-show): 50%. Travel insurance is recommended for added peace of mind.

Participant Responsibilities:
Embrace the adventure responsibly by understanding and accepting the inherent risks and hazards of the tours. Respect the authority of the tour guide for safety and welfare. Disclose any special requests, medical issues, or conditions at the time of booking. Personal property, passport, and visa requirements are the responsibility of participants. Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle.

Company Responsibilities:
We're committed to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from the designated meeting point and time in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. While we're not liable for expenses or inconvenience before that or if participants fail to join the tour on time, we strive to provide the best possible support and assistance throughout your journey. We're not responsible for events like terrorist attacks, political unrest, or natural disasters.

Itineraries and Tour Details:
Our itineraries are designed to provide a glimpse of the adventure that awaits, but flexibility is key due to the nature of the tour. No refund or compensation for unused services. Details provided are accurate at the time of publication, and any significant alterations will be communicated promptly at booking.

Insurance:
Your safety is our priority. Comprehensive travel insurance is essential for all travelers. We recommend arranging your own travel insurance for added peace of mind during your journey.

Complaints:
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter any problems or have concerns during the tour, please raise them with the tour guide promptly for resolution.

Legal Terms:
All terms and conditions are subject to Mongolian law and jurisdiction. Please notify us in writing within 21 days of tour completion for further action. Montrax is registered in Mongolia with company No 2810093 and recognized by the Mongolian Ministry of Roads, Transport, and Tourism.
